Offering guidance and legal consultation pertaining chiefly to municipal regulations, state and federal statutes, land use laws, and other regulatory issues, the Regulatory Division supports various departments and offices within the City organization such as:

• ITSD/Broadband
• Neighborhood and Housing Services
• Office of the City Clerk
• Office of Historic Preservation
• Office of Sustainability
• Planning Development
• Police
• Public Works/Stormwater
• San Antonio Metropolitan Health District
• Solid Waste Management
• Transportation/Major Thoroughfare
