NOTE: Any missing information from your application will delay the issuing of your permit.

The ordinance uses a "blockface", or one side of the street between intersections, in the calculations done to determine how many STRs are allowed.
Once the density limit is reached, a special exception for a permit is needed from Board of Adjustment. The fee for properties with a Homestead Exemption is $400 and $600 for all others.

Three months before the expiration of your permit, you will receive an email reminding you to renew it.
NOTE: Failure to renew will cause the permit to expire.
We will check the HOT Taxpayer Number status, so please ensure you are current with the monthly payments.
