• Customer Number

NOTE: Invoices paid online must be paid in full (no partial payment accepted).

NOTE: Development Services Permit Fees and Planning Fees cannot be processed at this location. They will remain at the Development Services Department located at 1901 South Alamo. Other payments can be processed at that location also.

Step 2.Visit City Tower 

Customers are required to enter the building through the Concourse Level or the Flores Street Entrance and are required to have a government issued picture identification card to enter through security.
