Please keep your items organized to ensure fast and easy on-site unloading. Please read the list above and remember that it is the vendor’s discretion to accept or deny the items that can be dropped off. We will also have volunteers and District 9 staff to guide and help. See you there!
Clothes
We will accept any clothing and textiles in any condition as long as they are NOT wet. Textiles that are too worn will be repurposed and recycled. Shoes (pairs), belts, and handbags will be accepted.
E-Waste
We will accept electronic waste whether it works or not. The cords of these items don’t need to be cut off. We will also be able to destroy the hard drive if requested, and we will provide a Certificate of Destruction if needed. Examples of accepted e-waste: Batteries, computers, laptops, networking equipment, phone systems, remotes, flat screen monitors, radios, VHS, etc.
Bulky Waste
Participants are encouraged to separate brush from bulky items.

- Clean brush
- Furniture
- Lumber
- Mattresses
- Metals
- Shrubs
- Tires (non-vehicle)
- Tree limbs
- Vehicle tires (limit 4)
- Water heaters
Unacceptable Items
- Bricks
- Commercial waste
- Concrete Construction or remodeling materials
- Hazardous waste (paint, oil…)
- Railroad ties
- Soil
- Sod
Shredder On-site
destruction of documents, tax archives, bills, or necessary or sensitive documents. Metal office products such as binder clips, spiral notebooks, hanging files, and staples CAN go in the shredder. *We reserve the right to limit the number of boxes per person at any time.
Unacceptable Items: plastic bags, cardboard (folders, boxes, etc.), and three-ring binders.
