The Housing Assistance Program (HAP) provides financial assistance to renters experiencing emergency hardships from COVID-19 and to keep families in their homes. To help with emergency housing needs, HAP has two components: rental assistance and relocation assistance for qualified households facing housing instability.
This is based on the Risk Mitigation Fund Policy adopted by City Council in 2019.
NOTE: The Rental Assistance Program is closed as of May 24, 2024 and is not accepting new applications.
