City Elections & Voting

The City Clerk manages all municipal elections but contracts with Bexar County Elections Department to register voters, operate voting sites and tabulate votes.

The City of San Antonio will hold a General Election for the Mayor and City Council on May 3, 2025. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. at over 300 locations.

NOTE: Early voting will be from April 22 - 29, 2025.

The City Hall Office of the City Clerk will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday for the election period of January 2 - June 17, 2025 unless other hours are noted below.
