In 2024, the Midtown TIRZ approved a new tool for Brackenridge Park.

The Reconciled Plan and evaluation tool was developed through public and stakeholder input. It provides a framework for project evaluation and recommendation.

Stakeholder Advisory Committee

The Brackenridge Park Stakeholder Advisory Committee is a standing, volunteer committee. Its members are appointed by the City Manager. The committee reviews proposed capital projects and provides a recommendation to City staff.

All projects will continue to have opportunities for public input during design development.
