NOTE: This program is in Phase II of the City's two-phased strategy.

Provided an expansion of services to residents impacted by domestic violence.

Services commenced in FY 2022 with this funding continuing support through FY 2025, which included:

  • Additional positions to respond to domestic violence calls
  • Added case management and wrap around services
  • Stronger evaluation and data driven strategies
  • Enhanced community education initiatives focused on prevention
  • Crisis community advocates who will respond alongside police officers on domestic violence calls
