Downtown Tuesday Announces Fiesta “Siesta”

Free parking will be suspended on Tuesday, April 29.

SAN ANTONIO (April 25, 2025) — San Antonio has kicked off the annual Fiesta celebration. During this festive time, the City’s Downtown Tuesday program will be temporarily suspended on Tuesday, April 29 for a Fiesta “siesta.” Event parking rates will apply at City of San Antonio parking facilities. Regular meter rates will also be in effect. Fiesta event attendees are advised that street closures may impact the availability of metered parking in some areas.  

Downtown Tuesday offers free parking at City-operated parking garages, lots and meters every Tuesday evening from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. (some exclusions may apply). The program will resume on Tuesday, May 6.
