SAN ANTONIO (October 14, 2024) – Today, the San Antonio Municipal Court is launching its Fall Case Resolution Campaign to help individuals resolve outstanding parking, civil, or Class C misdemeanor citations without fear of arrest. This initiative aims to address unresolved cases and streamline the court system for everyone.

From October 14 to 17, 2024, individuals with outstanding citations are encouraged to visit the Municipal Court in person during regular business hours or take advantage of the Court's virtual sessions. Some citations may be resolved quickly through the Court's Online Payment System.

To raise awareness, the Court has sent text and email reminder notifications to those individuals with outstanding citations and valid contact information. Citation status can be verified online anytime by using the Traffic/Criminal Case Search tool.

"The Fall Case Resolution Campaign isn't just about clearing warrants." Municipal Court Presiding Judge Carla Obledo said. "It gives people a real chance to move forward without the weight of legal troubles. We want to help people comply with the law while recognizing the challenges they may be facing."
