San Antonio Celebrates Fall with an Array of Cultural Events

SAN ANTONIO (September 22, 2023) – As San Antonians welcome slightly cooler temperatures this fall season, a diverse lineup of cultural and arts events are set to take place throughout the city. 

“From lively performances to visual arts experiences, there’s a festival for every arts and culture aficionado looking to experience the fall in San Antonio,” said Department of Arts & Culture Executive Director Krystal Jones. “These festivals showcase just a sampling of the abundant artistic and cultural talent that thrives throughout our city, and the milder fall weather sets the perfect scene.”

Parktoberfest

September 24, Brackenridge Park
The Brackenridge Park Conservancy is hosting its 12th Annual Parktoberfest celebrating San Antonio’s German heritage with a free event.

This popular event celebrates its 40th anniversary in a new location -- Civic Park in Hemisfair.

2023 Manhattan Short Film Festival

Diwali San Antonio

November 4, Arneson Theater and Hemisfair
