Vaccines are available by appointment only. Please call 210-207-8790. 

NOTE: The clinic may close early and without notice if capacity is full or total service transactions cannot be completed by 4:30 p.m.

Only Medicaid is accepted. We accept two forms of the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP):

• Community First CHIP
• Superior Health CHIP

We do not accept private insurance.

Low Cost Vaccination Programs

The Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) offers the following low-cost programs for vaccination:

Adult Safety Net Program (ASN)

This state funded program provides low-cost vaccines to adults 19 years and older who do not have health insurance.

Vaccine Administration Fee: $22 per vaccine

The vaccines included in the ASN program are:

• Hepatitis A
• Hepatitis B
• Combination hepatitis A-hepatitis B
• Measles, mumps, & rubella (MMR)
• MCV4 Meningococcal
  • NOTE: this is not the Meningococcal B vaccine required at many colleges and universities.
• Tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis (Tdap)
• Tetanus-diphtheria (Td)

ASN Providers

Texas Vaccines for Children Program (TVFC)

This program ensures all Texas children, regardless of parent's ability to pay, have access to ACIP-recommended vaccines.

Vaccine Administration Fee: $13.75 per vaccine

This is a federally funded program for children ages 18 and younger who are:

• Uninsured
• Underinsured
• Enrolled in CHIP or Medicaid
• American or Alaskan Natives
