Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) Walk-In Clinic

Step 1.Eligibility

Residents of San Antonio and Bexar County and those who have no other means of obtaining STI services.

Step 2.Prepare for Your Visit

Have something to eat and drink before to prevent feeling weak/nauseated during treatment.

Parking is free and available in the parking lot of our clinic.

Hours:

• Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 7:45 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
  • Latest check-in is 3 p.m.
• Wednesday: 7:45 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
  • Latest check-in is 6 p.m.
• Friday: 7:45 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
  • Latest check-in is 10:30 a.m.

NOTE: The latest a client can be checked-in is subject to change if the clinic has reached its capacity before that time or the nature of your visit will extend past closure time. Please speak to the registration staff for more information.

Step 4.Upon Arrival

• Patients take a number upon arrival.
• Patients are not called in numerical/alphabetical order.
• As long as you have a number/letter, you will be seen.
• Please let the receptionist know if you require a school/work excuse note.

Step 5.Upon Departure

Patients will be issued a fee sheet for services and a receipt will be provided. Fees vary according to services provided. However, special arrangements will be considered.

• Office Visit Administrative Fee: $15
• Lab and STI Services: Charges follow the current Medicaid rate.
