Reserve Parks Facilities & Amenities

We offer a wide variety of facilities for special occasions such as birthday parties, reunions and weddings.

The following facilities require reservation for special events:

NOTE: Only one reservation allowed per day for pavilion, gazebo and club house rentals.

Reservation Process

Reservations for facilities, including pavilions, can be made by utilizing the following steps:

Use the Park Locator Map to find a park in your area.
Use the following directories to find information on parks and amenities:
- Parks Directory
- Buildings & Centers Directory
Check the availability to make sure the park is available on your desired date.
Start your reservation online.
Once your reservation is complete, take a copy of your permit with you to the reservation.

Tips & Resources

The facility you're interested may be reserved by someone else after you look at availability online.

For online reservations, we recommend you complete the transaction to secure your reservation.
For in-person assistance, we recommend you have more than one facility and date in mind.

NOTE: During spring and summer, we have a high volume of reservation requests. We will handle calls and visitors in the order in which they are received. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Large Special Events

Large special events such as concerts, runs, walks, fund-raisers and festivals must be booked through the special events coordinator - 210-207-3053.

Large Special Events usually require:

Special event policies and procedures
Deposits for damage and cleanup
Liability insurance
Security (some cases)

Military Veterans' Groups

Park spaces and pavilions are available to military veterans' groups at no rental cost.
