After-Hours Inspections

Step 1.Submit Your Request

Requests must be received no later than 12 p.m. on the day of the requested inspection. Late submissions will not be accepted.

All outstanding fees must be paid on the permit prior to consideration for an after-hours inspection.

All request forms must be filled out completely. Incomplete forms will not be considered.

Step 2.Pay the Fee

Payment for the minimum after-hours fee must be made by 4 p.m.

Without timely payment, the inspection will not be scheduled.

If the inspection takes longer than two hours, additional fees will be assessed the next business day.

Step 3.Confirm Scheduling

Call the general information line at 210-207-8410 to confirm the request has been scheduled.

Afternoon Inspections

Call after 3:30 p.m. on the day of the requested inspection.

Morning Inspections

Call after 3:30 p.m. the day before the requested inspection.

Step 4.Be Present for the Inspection

Ensure that your designated representative is present on-site at the time of the scheduled inspection.
